All About Us

Hi our names are Lucinda, Katrina and Zac. Welcome to our website.

We are Year 8 pupils who go to Auckland Point School in Nelson NewZealand.

Our class is called Tumanako Room. Tumanako means hope in Maori. We have a great big class with lots of room to move around and work in different places. We have our own library in our classroom and we love to read and write our own stories.

In our class we get to make lots of things. Some of our favourite projects this year have been making ocarinos, knitting and sewing clothes to keep us warm and making personal totems. And of course building our Chickensaurus.
